Garrett and his team are very reliable and professional. Sunbeam cuts our lawn weekly and does an excellent job. The lawn is cut and trimmed very neatly and they clean up all of the grass clippings. Garrett is very responsive to any questions or special requests.

In 2024, my uncle suddenly passed away, leaving me with a nightmare of estate management, the worst matter of which was his yard. Completely overgrown, trees and limbs everywhere. Years of neglect. Then along came Garrett and his crew-problem SOLVED. He did a hell of a job restoring the garden area and cleaning the front and back yard, and mowing the grass too. Garrett is very easy going, understanding and very flexible with his customers. He puts great trust in them to pay on time, and doesn’t get upset if you're just a bit late. The best of the best! Garrett & team are extremely professional and friendly. Great communication, great prices, and they go above & beyond every step of the way. We had a large project after an in-ground pool install- filling the electrical trench and adding top soil to the whole yard with grass seed. They used high quality products and explained every step thoroughly. Highly recommend, and we'll be back for future projects! Edit: as promised, we came back! Just had the entire pool fenced in and river rocked. Excellent job as always!!

Garrett and his team were amazing! The work was great and they did it all in perfect timing.

Garrett cleared a large portion of our property damaged by a tornado in August. The job seemed too large to handle but Garrett managed to cut a number of trees and hauled all stumps and branches away. I highly recommend him for any tree and ground work.

Garrett and his team just finished a LARGE bamboo removal for us. Garrett is very professional and knowledgeable and explains the process. He would explain what to expect each day. The communication with Garrett was great. He is quick to respond to questions. Garrett and his team are very hard working and very friendly. We also had Garrett snowplow for us. Because of that experience we were very happy when he committed to the bamboo removal. It was an undertaking many would have refused. We would highly recommend him and will have him help us in the future.

Garrett and his team at sunbeam grounds knocked a raised patio out of the park for my wife and I. We had an old back porch that was starting to fail estimated 25x25. And we weren’t sure if we wanted to rebuild the porch or do a retaining wall and patio. After consulting with Garrett we decided the patio was the best option. These guys ripped out the old porch, built a retaining wall, added Over 30 tons of material to raise the grade and installed a beautiful patio and steps up to the back door, all in 6 days. I’ll be sure to have these guys back for all of my outdoor living needs. Thanks again guys! -jake

Garrett and his crew did a great job taking care of a big backyard cleanup last summer removing an old shed, fence, and concrete paths, then prepped everything for new grass. They also maintained the landscaping weekly, and everything consistently looked great.

Garrett and his crew put a retaining wall of large boulders on the edge of our property and also spread topsoil to fill in the area to make the ground level. Garrett is very professional from start to finish. He provided an estimate, followed up a few days later, discussed the details and made adjustments, scheduled a date and showed up when promised. The work completed by his crew was handled in a professional manner and we are very satisfied with the project. We have been disappointed in the past with other companies as they don’t follow through or many never call you back or some show up, but then ghost you and you’re left hanging… Garrett’s professionalism and demeanor are outstanding!
